mangkorn
I use a Macintosh computer, and cannot access the Domnern/Sathienphong audio CD. To clarify: I was not referring to IPA, nor romanization schemes, nor the purity of phonetic transcriptions; I meant the Thai pronunciation guide, such as that used by the RID. Example: เข่นเขี้ยวเคี้ยวฟัน (เข่น-เคี่ยว-เคี้ยว-ฟัน)
joorakee
Eventually I bought "New Se-Ed's English-Thai Thai-English Dictionary (Completely Revised And Updated Edition)" and "The Oxford-Duden Pictorial English & Thai Dictionary" even though the first one is designed mostly for Thais. Arjuna93
Which one is better for English–Thai? I would prefer something used in universities while learning Thai.
