Seriously though, the rail accidents of the past few months have indicated a real downturn in the safety levels here. I enjoy train trips, (and I'd like to try the Kanchanaburi tour sometime), but I'm not going anywhere near them until the SRT does something about this. katana Posted February 5, 2010 Share Posted February 5, 2010 In the Thairath they're saying there were no passengers on the train at the time and it happened 1/2 Km from Hualomphong station.
