Michaelaway
Ok, Here's the recipe I've been using for a while now. Please feel free to respond with a different recipe for another version of this great dish! THAI CHICKEN W/CASHEWS 300 g chicken breast, thinly sliced 120 g deep fried (or roasted) cashew nuts 45 ml oil 8 garlic cloves, crushed 1 medium onion, chopped 2 large red chilies (fresh or dried), sliced 125 ml chicken stock (or water) 4 spring onions, sliced 5 ml whisky Sauce: 30 ml oyster sauce 15 ml light soy sauce 15 ml fish sauce 20 g palm sugar Method: Put oil in wok and add garlic. When garlic starts to colour add chicken, onions, chillis. Fry for about 3 minutes. Add stock. Then add sauce. Stir to mix. Add cashews and spring onions. Fry for 1-2 minutes, then add whisky and fry 1 minute before serving.
