nzgregor
Hi, As part of the permanent residency application for my wife I printed out lots of travel receipts from my visits to Thailand. These have been returned and Immigration have requested the originals or certified copies. My issue is that these receipts were only ever emailed, example being when you book a flight on Air Asia, you get your receipt in the email confirmation. Immigration say that a computer print out is not acceptable and only the original or certified copy will be accepted. How do you achieve this when the original is a digital document. Thanks Greg
handydog
print the receipt and then get it certified by the issuing company. Do you still have your boarding pass? attach this to ticket print out. cant think of any other way around the problem
