Happinesss
A short (1month) paid project/internship on a non-immigrant student visa. Is it possible? Do one need work permit and bussiness visa? Edited March 22, 2010 by Happinesss
richardt1808
hi, Technically speaking, shou should have a WP but if it is only a month, pretty safe to say that you will be okay if you are spending the time at the back of a quiet office somewhere. Cheers
Mario2008
Work requires a work permit. if it is an internship with a Thai educational institution, it might be considered part of your education and no WP is rquired. But it has to be reported to immigration or the education ministry. Your educational institution, if Thai, should now more about this.
