I usually put money into my phone sim, call AIS call center who credits it for internet usage.

The website is up, but the eservice itself: "Sorry, the service is temporary unavailable right now. Please try again later." :)

Wonder what that means? I wouldn't think the office itself needs to be open, or for a person needs to be available to fulfill?

I topup mine via my Kasikorn online banking - You should also be able to do it thru an ATM also

You top up your sim, not for phone usage, but for internet use? (4 bht/hr vs 1 bht/min)

Go to any Telewiz store and pay cash and they will do it for you, I don't have 3G as live in ROI ET but this is how I pay my monthly AIS Internet mobile.
