I'm trying to find a supplier (preferably retail) for axles and hubs as used by sellers' carts and those bicycle-to-three-wheeler conversions. The wheels should use proper bicycle-type hubs (not slide-on solid wheels with a sleeve bearing). Anyone know where I can find them for sale? I'm guessing China Town may be a good place to try but I'm open to suggestions.

Oops. That link didn't work. Anyway, like I mentioned in the post it wasn't what I was looking for.

Aren't most of that type of axle made from re-bar here?

^ The one I found on the internet certainly was. Maybe they are all made that way... I'll have to take a closer look at some carts / trikes I guess.
