dumpling
After having my wallet stolen I am having some trouble replacing my U.K driving licence it seems that you must be in the U.K to apply , as you can guess I do not really want to fly home for the sole purpose of renewing a licence does any one have any suggestions? mrtoad
I had a similar problem when I lost mine last year, so I had the application form sent over by family - filled it out, sent it back to them and they posted it on to DVLC.I subsequently had my new licence sent to my address in the UK, and then had it forwarded on. Simple really.
splorff
Ring the DVLA direct and explain your predicament. Banks would replace a stolen visa, and the dvla should replace a stolen licence

BWPattaya
The easy option, possibly the only option, is to do it through a friend or family member in the UK.
