Thaigreg
I've checked my ISP address at IP Chicken (http://www.ipchicken.com/) and it shows 117.47.158.230 (Bangkok), and at Speedtest (http://www.speedtest.net/) it shows 92.123.72.104(Austria). Why the two different ISPs? Greg

Test out some sites that are blocked in Thailand. see if they let you through Just tested myself: www.speedtest.net shows your real IP. (Or if you use a VPN then the VPN IP address). www.ipchicken.net shows the IP of your web proxy server. So it seems you use a web proxy here in Bangkok, but you either have a VPN (or some corporate network?) with IP's whcih were originally assigned in Austria. (But don't read too much into it on the location - the systems are frequently wrong as they just take the location where the corresponce address was at the time the address were issued. Corp or real provider independent addresses can be moved.) - Martin
