Very briefly............how long do you have to be working before using the 40,000 a month rule for extension based on marriage? Is it 1 year?

If from abroad it would be whatever your Embassy requires.

If not from abroad, you will need tax documents. Normally 3 months will do, but at your first extension and you just started working they might be lenient or give you a 60 day extension and tell you to came back after those 60 days with the tax documents.
