90 Day Report By Post

Featured Replies

My Friend is makeing a Habit of of Visa Errors, now hes foregotten to post his 90 Day to Nan Office, ive told him he now must go in Person to pay the 500 Bht a Day Fine, hes 54 Days over, am i correct, you must pay cash and sort the mess out personally.?.What wont help hes got an Attitude Prob and left a poor impression on his first visit.

Pay them a visit and pay the 2,000 Baht fine.

Yes, he must go in person. But the fine should only be 2,000 baht although they can ask up to 5,000 and 200 baht a day.

The 500 baht a day is for overstay, not for not reporting your address.

This could be where his attitude may have cost him.Is 5000 the max, seems strange if it can be 200 a Day and hes into 50 Days, his record is really grim over the last 5 Years.I'm sure i got fined the Max at Mae Sot for posting the EMS Reply wrong time. it was about 10K.They received it but never notified me it was wrong, even though a S.A.E was enclosed.I will tell you what happened to him,it takes him 6Hrs to get there, perhaps he will explode this time. Thanks for your time.

Normally 2,000 is charged and the maximum of 5,000 plus 200 a day only when you go to court. Some do have a loud mouth and are charged 5,000 by immigration.

Where is your friend located? There are new immigration offices and Nan now has a smaller area. It would not take 6 hours to get there. Nan now only serves Nan, Pichit and Uttaradit.

Miles off the beaten track on Phitsanulok/ Ditt border, no car, not much money just an old tatty Bus Service to get there, hes been cleaned out, hence his bad attitude.Phitts is 20 mins away but he must go to Nan,dam stupid realy.Nan by the way are superb.

He has to go to the new office in Pithsanulok if he lives in Pitsanulok or Petchabu. Or you mean Uttaradit with Dit?

There is a good bus service between Uttaradit and Nan.
