sambai
Could someone please confirm if the price of land in Pak Chong is around THB 1m per Rai? I understand the area is not too far away from Bangkok, perhaps giving reason for the high price. Is it realistic or way off the mark? Thanks for any advice. Shuguk
Sorry, I cannot tell you directly but I sometimes go on a website called........ Clickthaihome. This shows houses and land for sale all over Thailand, along with the prices. I have a house near Pak Chong and would guess it`s like all towns......expensive in the town and not so as you go further afield. Good luck Shug
rgs2001uk
I guess it depends on what you mean by Pak Chong. Do you mean Pak Chong the village, within X km's of Pak Chong, or do you mean Khao Yai? Price will depend on location and type of title deed held, and yes 1 million baht per rai is being asked for, if not more depending on location. For an insight try the following link, dont know how up to date the prices are. http://www3.thailisting.com/default.aspx?a=Nakhon%20Ratchasima&c=Pak%20Chong*Pak%20Chong&u=0&p=0&minP=0&maxP=999999999&su=0&proT=All&l=en
