Thai Immigration Forms

Featured Replies

I need to renew my retirement visa, apply for multiple re-entry and 90 day reporting in next two weeks.

I am sure in the past I was able to download the forms, print and fill in before getting to the immigration office, to save time, but cannot find the forms on immigration web site now.

Does anyone have a link to where the forms can be downloaded from ?

many thanks,

Prism, many thanks for your help, cheers

You may note that some Thai IMM offices stamp the forms mentioned above in one or more places (especially with the office name in Thai script) with blue-inked stamps and those offices will ONLY accept those forms provided at their office -- hand-scribbled versus your neatly printed computer forms aside.

Even in that event it is much easier to copy from the printed form than try to read and answer questions in the office without a reference.

If you are a US citizen, I found the letter that you have to fill out at the American Citizen's Services to verify your retirement income. The only places you don't fill in are the date and the signature information with the embassy stamp at the bottom of the form. Makes it look more professional. I have my 90 day forms ready for the next report and Nonthaburi Immigration has accepted it and the visa application form with the information filled in by computer. Reason I do this is my handwriting sucks. If you would like a copy of the letter, just leave me a PM.

The form is on the Embassy web site and is supposed to be downloaded and filled in prior to visit (when you make the appointment would be the normal time to do it).

If you download any Thai immigration form that has two sides (TM-7 is a good example) it should be printed on both sides of a single sheet. If you print 2 pages they will make you fill out a new form.

this is correct...had the same problem at the Ayutthaya immigration office...
