We are both from UK, my wife works here as an teacher of English language, she's having a work permit for many years. Is it possible for me to be under her work permit as a dependent pass holder?

In the past I was in & out of Thailand quite often for job related activities in UK, but now because of the poor economy I don't travel to UK often..

I hope I can get some good advice here.

Doesn't really matter about the work permit itself, it depends if she is here on a one year "Extension of Stay" or not.

If legally married you can be her dependend and apply for a visa and extensions of stay as such. Provided she is on a one year extension of stay herself.
