90 Day Address Reporting 7 Days Before The Due Date

Featured Replies

My next 90 day reporting is due on Monday 25th October which, I gather, is a public holiday. In any event I would like to visit my local immigration office with a completed TM47 on Monday 18th October since this would enable me to combine my trip with a hospital appointment in the general area that day. However would there then be any risk of Immigration telling me that the earliest I could submit my TM47 was the following day (Tuesday 19th October)?

I appreciate that 25th October is still some way off, but I thought it prudent to ask the question while it was fresh in my mind!

I reported on a Thursday (yearly extension of stay) and did 90 day report that was due the next Thursday without issue in Bangkok this year so expect it will be accepted.

It shouldn't be a problem as the 7 days before 25 Oct cover the period of 18 thru 24 Oct. Cheers.

Many thanks

My wife was 17 days late I was 37 days early and wanted to be able to have same reporting day. The approved both of them, pointed out she could be charged B2000 for reporting late, but waived the fine. Go in well dressed, wai and smile lot. I'm sure you will have not problem especially if doing it in Jomtiem, much more friendly and efficient now.
