New Hotel In Vientiane

When I was in Vientiane a couple months ago, I noticed a new hotel just east of the Thai Embassy. That is, when you come out of the embassy compound, the hotel would be across the street to your left. I forgot to write down the name, thinking I would remember, but of course that was folly. It certainly would be a convenient place to stay. Does anybody know the name of this hotel? Thanks much.
