Is there someone from the local expats community who can tell (approximately) how far is it from Banyan Resort Hua Hin to Suanson Pradipat Beach? Is it walking distance?

It's about 3km from the Hotel, I couldwalk it... but I'd much rather bicycle it.

5 km. to HH but you are closer to Suan Son beach and Khao Takiab beach. Too far to walk.

From Banyan to Suonson is estimate 5 km.

Note its on main road Phetchakasem,little closer Takiap beach but also not walking distance.

Hi & Thanks for the replies.

Its just for the weekend. Queens Cup Hua Hin Multisport is if the information I have got, arranged at Suanson Beach (Near Suanson Pradipat Army Building), Hua Hin District, Prachuab Khirikhan.

The athletes get a discount on Banyan Resort Hua Hin so not a personal choice. However 5km with to children (the participants) on bicycles 6 am can be a challenge so I’m very open for alternatives if there are a decent hotel nearer to the area above.

Pretty sure they rent out Yams for 2500bht next to market village, on the corner of soi 94 iirc.
