The older guys, 60/70+ at least tend to dress and act more politely. I think that the sad 45-55 year old losers actually think that they look cool with their new tattoo and dyed haircut. All these guys were the same one who in their 20's needed to have sex 5 times a day in a degrading way. That's all they can do in their sad lonely lives. I just feel sorry for both of them. I do get angry when they get them pregnant. As it was said before, it's goddamn irresponsible to have a kid at that age and not only because you're a loser but because you wont be able to support your kid for much longer and he'll end up a gay gogo dancer then a hair dresser and live a miserably unhappy life because you couldnt learn to paint or collect stamp or whatever old people do instead of shagging. Great sarcasm, ilyelol, I love it. I enjoy painting and I do collect stamps ... that is to say, travel visa stamps on my almost filled passport. At 25, it was great, all the girls loved me because I was young and handsome, and a nice break from the old wrinklies that they had to do for work... so what if I tipped them 1000baht, that just made them love me even more... Now, I realise, I was delusional, it was the 1000baht that made her happy... the stability and the spending power... at 25 I couldn't meet her needs, at 35 I am even worse off, because I have HUGE financial commitments... by 65 I should be financially well off... As long as he treats her well, and she isn't forced into anything, either by the old dude, or by her family, or by other forces, best of luck to them both... He's got someone to look after him. He's luckier than alot of people who end up being lonely for the remainder of their lives, or being discovered a week after they have died only because the stench of the rotting corpse disturbed the neighbours. Never seen that written down in any culture at any period of time. As a devout scholar of Christianity, who has studied the Bible in great detail (New and Old Testament), I can quite categorically state, the Christian instruction manual has no problem with age differences between a man and a woman. Mohammed was OK with it too. So what sort of crackpot morality or religion were you brought up with then? May be not. I wonder how honest these posts above are. The posts that claim indifference. The question was, "What runs through your mind?", not "What would you admit to thinking if asked?" (Which is of course what is being asked of you/us). I just wonder how many of the not-over 50's here would honestly not initially think "Ewwww" even if they allowed their political correctness trained thought moderator to kick in. I am sure that many non-PC things that we would be absolutely ashamed to admit out loud (or even to ourselves perhaps) run through each of our minds on any given day. Its our training that moderates our thoughts, but that surely is a step-2 action and could hardly catch thoughts on creation. Society has taught us to be accepting and to noty notice differences, but millions of years of playing the eveolution game taught us the opposite - to look for differences, to seek out weakness, to put ourselves and our clan ahead. This, IMHO, means this thread, whilst entertaining, is somewhat flawed because who would admit to their true inner feelings, especialy when we shame ourselves with such thoughts, rather than gloat about how indifferent we are to all things not quite PC. Of course, the longer we are here the less we notice - but the question must surely relate to the couples we DO noticem and thus trigger some kind of response (unless we are brain dead!) Apparently, one should not even start to generalise about what sort of old bloke would end up with a young girl. Yet, same persons think it is completely OK to stereotype Thais, Indians, Russians, Chinese, Jews, blacks, gays, ladyboys...and even to judge others to be cheap, lazy, thieves, stupid, bla-bla on the basis of race or gender or whatever arbitrary criteria. It really sets them off. I know my mother is bugged by it. Last time in Thailand she made plenty remarks. It does not bug me that much because i know its mostly a financial agreement.
