Hi All,

I am going mad with this,I have a note book running original windows vista,home premium.

I have an epson printer,the second one as I swapped it after the com would not see the first one.

I load the drivers alls goes well and then thats it nothing,its just does not print.

I have checked everything,please note not a dummy,reloaded the drivers,cleared everything,no other issues on the com and running kaspersky anti virus,again registered..

Not sure what to do next,anyone else had issues or know of a fix >?

Does the printer perorm a Self Test correctly?

What is your Default Printer?

What Model is the printer? Epson is NOT enough.

Are the ink cartidges installed correctly?

Are you trying to print from a program? What is it?

Does the printer Status Monitor report the ink level correctly?

Do you have the paper path set to Manual Feed?

Are any LEDs lit or flashing on the printer? What ones?

Have you made sure the print spooler service is automatic and started in services?
