Problem Using Air Asia'S New Website

I am a member at Air Asia's website and have used them extensively, but whether I log in or not, their new site will not let me choose the flight I need.

I am trying to book a rount trip flight CEI/BKK and BKK/CEI (going and coming about a month apart, leaving about a month from now), but of the three flights a day they have, the site will show one of the three highlighted in red, and will not let you choose either of the other two.

I do not want to lay around all day or until the next day after getting to BKK, waiting for my international flight, and there appears to be something wrong with the phone number given for contacting them by phone ("Press 2 for English" will not get you there). And they will not give you the internet rate if you try to book at the airport.

Is anyone else having this problem, and if so what can you tell me about it.

Yes - I was confused for a few minutes the first time I used it. It is not intuitive - someone strangle the web-developer please. You have to click on the price of the alternative flight you want, not the rather more obvious approach of clicking on the flight details in the left hand column. Must be Malaysian logic!

If that doesn't solve it I would try random clicking around the screen, then give up and phone their call centre. 025159999 for Air Asia Thailand used to work for me.

Maybe the alternative flights are fullv booked, but you would expect the site to tell you that.
