johnboi
I am using xp prof what how do i find my ip address? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Start menu select 'run' type 'ipconfig' hit enter If that doesnt work go into start menu>Accessories>Command prompt when the DOS screen comes up type 'ipconfig' hit enter. This will only give you your computers IP Address. You can check online IP here : http://www.whatismyip.com/
clokwise
Does anyone have a list of ISPs in Thailand (domainnames or ip ranges) as I want to block access to a website from ip addresses in Thailand. Check out : http://www.maxmind.com/app/geoip_country At my company we use this free utility to redirect users to the appropriate country site or languages. It can also be used to block access, such as what you want to do. It's pretty much compatible with whatever web server technology you might have, and they update the database every month or so. It's so good, it's hard to believe it's free!
meadish_sweetball
None of the IP address location systems I know of are totally foolproof. In the latest version of GeoIP I have seen, TRUE IP's come up as Hong Kong-based.
