Is There A Non-Aircon Daytime Slow Bus Chiang Mai - Udon ?

Featured Replies

That would be cool hot, UHH fantastic !

Need to go there in 3 weeks but really really dislike those bogus VIP buses.

Wish NCA did this route...

Can overnite in a hotel halfway no problem.

Thanks.

You'd probably have to change buses at Khon Kaen... but why not ask at the Arcade?

Visit forums that talk about those bus rides between the 2 cities. Not A great experience.Buses break down quite often.Remember you were warned, good luck.

Well, the fast long distance buses that run on a mix of diesel and M150 have fatal accidents all the time.

.. and/or change buses at Phitsanulok.

I see, P'lok is quite in the middle and it's a nice city.

Thanks.

Been to the P'lok bus station many times. The area around the terminal is an acid flash back of the bus stations and their enviorment in the states of the late 1950's to late 60's. Numerous Karaoke Clubs with staff setting out front and third rate hotels all ready to go. Have a great time.
