Scrum Master with 5 years experience to join a mobile software development company in Bangkok. We currently use a mixture of RUP and Agile techniques but we are focusing on the Agile side of this balance. We are looking for a Scrum master who is experienced,competent,proactive and flexible to manage development activity that will use Agile methods.

You need to have strong technical and communication abilities, as the project teams include server, mobile, testing and technologies that combine to deliver the final solution. To gain respect, you need to be a problem solver as well as a manager.

The interview process will require you to deliver two presentations which you will give to the senior members of the company.

You will need to demonstrate understanding of:

• Fundamentals of iterative development

• RUP and Use Case Modeling specifically

• software development processes and procedures

• The value of commitments to delivery made by a development team

• Incremental delivery and the value of metrics

• Backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition

• Common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices

• Agile PM tools such as Redmine
