October 6, 200520 yr Deputy Regional Police Commander examines the work of Pattaya Police. We followed Police Major General Somdaert, the Deputy Commander of Region 2 Police as he came down to Pattaya on Wednesday Night. The main aim of his visit was to examine the work of Pattaya Police and to check a number of venues for underage patrons, drugs and other anti-social activities. He began at the Excite Discotheque on Pattaya Third Road. A selection of patrons was checked to ensure they were over the age of twenty and the venues licenses were also checked. At this venue everything was in order. He then made his way to the newly opened Bitchy Pub at the north end of Pattaya Third Road where the same informal checks were made and, once again, everything was found to be in order. His visit ended with a parade of Pattaya Police and Tourist Police Officers on Walking Street. He addressed the officers and volunteers present and stressed the importance of taking care of Pattaya especially with the on-set of high season and recent global events. In this show of force, patrol units and other police vehicles made their way down Walking Street to demonstrate to tourists that they are ready for action. -Pattaya City News Thursday 6th October 2005
October 6, 200520 yr bunch of puppets, they are, these boys in brown <{POST_SNAPBACK}> So now you`ve rung your bell dingdong tell us exactly what you mean.
October 12, 200520 yr What dingdong meants to say is that the police is Thailand is composed, managed and represented by puppets. A puppet is a doll that is fully controlled (in this case by money), that has no brain, self respect or conscience. And we all know this, they know it and everybody knows it, just that sometimes seems sad and difficult to admit it. Last time i went to the police station i had to pay 7000 BHT for an accident that somebody else provoked. It went like this, for avoiding a stupid taxi driver i had to crush into a ilegally parked car with my bike. Anyway, oficially i was innocent, but since the taxidriver was a good and poor man, the farang has to pay, it was like "Practically you're innocent but you have to pay". The ilegally parked car owner had insurance, but better take the money from the farang, i guess they love the ideea.
October 12, 200520 yr Thinking about it, it's a shame that most of the high rated members on this forum go blind on these things, you people are advertising things that are not rational, logical nor reasonable or ethic.
October 12, 200520 yr Author Did i say something funny? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Perhaps you stated the obvious?
