Looking For Commercial Property Or Land For Rent In Bkk

Hello everyone,

I need some help or suggestions of how to go about finding some land or building that would be suitable to either build on or renovate existing building in Bangkok for a commercial business enterprise. I see a lot of land plots and old, rundown or disused buildings all around bkk that would be ideal but trying to find out who owns them to talk about renting is not so easy. Most have no number to call and when I ask the local Thais if they know who owns the building most just smile and say no no or shake their heads saying they don't know.

Is there a local government or public office where one can find out information about certain properties or possibly some good agencies that would have a list on their books? Most of the sites I look at are only promoting apartments, condos or houses that are really for residential expat customers.

Any help, suggestions or pointers would be most appreciated.
