NBT TV Phuket Posted October 25, 2005 Share Posted October 25, 2005 Two Indian nationals were arrested as Mafia and makers of false passports. Officials from Kathu district office joined hands with special force police arrested Kusarnan Singh, aged 32 and Ragrace Kuman, aged 32, both Indian national and took them to Kathu Police Station for questioning. The arrest took place at Royal India Shop on Thaveewong Road, at Patong after police received complaints from foreigners that the two men acted as mafia, threatening others for money. Investigation also found that Mr Ragrace was previously arrested for false passports. They were charged with illegally entering Thailand, working without work permits and acting as influential types.
