Kon-Tiki Krabi
Hi guys, Can anyone point me in the right direction if I want to start taking golf lessons. I'm a complete newbie, and sadly my Thai isn't very strong so I need someone that speaks english. Appreciate any tips. Cheers...
grumpyoldman
You might check at The Sofitel Krabi, Khlong Muang. They have a little 3-par course, a driving range too if I'm not mistaken and if they don't have an on-site instructor, should have some contacts. If you want to become an accomplished duffer, I could help you out, I can shank em with the best of hackers.
taninthai
I'm sure I have seen a driving range on the road near makro can't remember what side of makro though could try asking in there
nattymatt
The Thai guy that looks after the golf at Sofitel does teach, and speaks good English. There is no Driving Range at the Sofitel, but it is a great little course.... The Driving Range is just past Makro heading towards Phuket and opens at 3pm. Its also closed on Sunday.... fasteddie
God help us! Golf in Krabi! No thanks, the ecological damage done by this pointless and boring pastime is horrendous.
