So i would like to know if there was a time when pornography was legal in Thailand? The fashion style of these people look like from the 90's. sbk Posted August 18, 2011 Share Posted August 18, 2011 I believe its been illegal since 1956 when the penal code was put in place but was amended in 1982 to extend the offence of pornography to cover offences committed on boys as well as girls.
