Canadaguy Posted October 29, 2011 Share Posted October 29, 2011 Gentleman, Wife and I will be back in CM in a few weeks and we are looking to tear down two small houses ( actually shacks ) on her property and just clear the land and drop some dirt to build it up. Was wondering if anybody knows a company or person(s) who could do that and approx cost to basically demolish and take it all away..... Any ideas appreciated. We live in Canada now and will only be in CM for 5 weeks. Ive attached a few pics so you can see what I am dealing with. We have not done anything with them for years and they are not liveable. There is alot of crap that has accumulated there from her neighboring family members. Wifey had 2 old houses that we had taken away in order to build new and she got money for both of them. You need to talk to your Mrs relatives or other Thai's about who to call in. If it's just crap wood and tin roofing (kind of looks like it on the pics) then people will still take it and re-use it, but won't pay you for it. Yeah I would assume it is garbage and I am not looking to make anything of it but if I can get rid of it for nothing I consider that a huge win. Recomend you be there for the demolition though. As far as the misc. crapola you refer to there are recyclers who will sort through all your junk and actually pay you for it.
