A movie called Confessions of Teenage Drama Queen is translated

as คำสารภาพของสมเด็จพระราชินีละครวัยรุ่น

Subtracting Confessions of and minus Teenage leaves:

สมเด็จพระราชินีละคร Drama Queen

It doesnt quite translate as "drama queen" though.

สมเด็จพระ som det phra, translates as her majesty.

ราชินี raa chi nee, translates as queen.

ละคร la khon, translates as a theatre play or drama.

So, สมเด็จพระราชินีละคร, would translate as, her majesty the queen of drama, not the same meaning.

Would you consider เจ้าอารมณ์ว. ที่โกรธง่าย, ที่เอาใจยาก. ?

How about the English word โอเวอร์ ?

That's my first thought too. I'd say เวอร์.

People also say ดราม่า. I've heard ดราม่าควีน, but I don't know how common that is or if it would just be used by someone who's very bilingual.
