It doesnt quite translate as "drama queen" though.

ราชินี raa chi nee, translates as queen.

ละคร la khon, translates as a theatre play or drama.

So, สมเด็จพระราชินีละคร, would translate as, her majesty the queen of drama, not the same meaning.

That's my first thought too. I'd say เวอร์.

People also say ดราม่า. I've heard ดราม่าควีน, but I don't know how common that is or if it would just be used by someone who's very bilingual.

เจ้าอารมณ์ is best suited for correct Thai. To add นางเจ้าอารมณ์/สาวเจ้าอารมณ์ fit better for girl/woman.

Still Drama/Drama Queen is understood nowadays.
