Just got a new toy….A Gopro Hero HD video camera, wide angle lens…..I got it for shooting some biking….And stuff….So, have a look, this is the first, (sorry) there will be more and they will get better, with, I’m sure some crashing, oh yer…There will be crashing!

This vid is short, and the trails are quite tame…but it was wet and slick in places, and I was looking at the camera more than the track..Ha ha.

I’ve loaded this already on my Facebook page…the quality is pants, as yet I don’t know how it’s going to turn out on here……….Let’s see.

The music……Sorry for inflicting this porn music on you, but with the ‘copy right laws’…This is actually my second attempt at posting it, I posted first one on ‘Facebook, with a kick ass sound track, It was the best thing about the up-load…..However it got me busted…’Copy right’ music……So this is ‘Creative Commons’ music…..Don’t know what that is…….Lift music!

So comments welcome, or advice, tips, pointer maybe web-sites for royalty free music, anything really that will help me make the ‘Mudmonky production’ take on Hollywood!

It was mounted on the bar’s, (right side) using a GoPro H, bar mount. I've been experimenting, mounting it all over the bike, (for that different shot) climbing horns, seat post, (rear facing) and under the frame, (shooting forward between the fork legs)

I had an old ‘Hero’ not wide angle lens….not that good, but this one…I love it, and now they are bringing out the GoPro2, so, the shop where I got had them on sale…I go the HD basic, (I had all the mounts from the old Hero) From 11,500 Baht, (to expensive) to….7,500 Baht.

It’s great fun, and I’m slowly learning to edit, (Windows Live Movie Maker)I need to get more footage, only problem I see is the music, (OK if you like porn music)

I off on ‘location’ (I speak movie) around Mea Taeng elephant camp and river today….. We’ll see what happens.
