JimSiam Posted May 3, 2012 Share Posted May 3, 2012 I complained to AIS i could not get 3G service where i needed it, where i could get DSL, 3G worked of course, but in Ekamai near Klong San Saeb nothing and Edge was lousy for data too, so emailed them and got this reply and was very surprised they are going to fix it. Sawasdee, AIS would inform you the result of the 3G signal investigation, our team found that 3G Signal in the area is weak. Therefore we have the plan to set up more 3G amplifier signal station which will be took place completely around next 3 months. Finally, we are sorry for any inconvenience that has caused you. Any further information is welcome; please feel free to contact AIS Call Centre 1175 or 022719000 24 hours a day.
