Have set up a small house of old wood on the neighboring plot, and nearly ready to be painted.

Looking for paint / oil based paint with a long shelf life, high quality, would rather pay extra for a quality paint.

Want an extra-strong durable paint / oil to the wooden floor.

Want a nice nut brown color (teak color), so I ask if you have experience and can recommend a manufacturer?

Sand the wood lightly and clean it with turpentine (pait thinner) to get rid of dust.

Use an oil-base stain on the wooden floor.

Sikkens makes excellent products, not cheap but first quality and many tones.

You should stain it not paint it ..... And don't use a solid stain ...... keep the wood looking like wood with a nice stain it will look better for longer , paint will chip , stain will not and small scratches are not noticable.
