W7 Bugg....... Any Tips

They're probably set to read only.

Right click the file --> properties.

If numerous files give you this error it might be worth checking user permissions, under Security for the drive in question.

I'll guess it is more simple. This error is common, if you try to handle the file on the device. (e.g. Smartphone, Camera....) copy the file to your computer first, and than rotate it.

Check read only, no issue, also made sure ownership is correct .... Real weird. Never had issue until recently
