I used to use 3BB but got sick and tired of them throttling my torrents, I now use a local cable TV provider for my connection and have no problems with any torrents. I have 3BB in Pattaya and have been unable to get eztv and tpb for the past 3 days. If I use a proxy server or VPN then I can get them, but download speed are greater reduced.
