Hi

I sold my BKK condo a couple of months ago (all went through smoothly).

Friend of mine is selling his house and agreed a price. I told him I had a pre sales contract that I and my buyer signed but I can't find it, probably threw it away when all was sorted and done.

Does anyone have one they could let me have?

I sorta know the wording but would rather have a tried and tested one that can be added to in case I miss anything
