meadish_sweetball Posted November 25, 2012 Share Posted November 25, 2012 Since four months back, I drink a huge glass of คาวทอง khaao thawng Houttuynia cordata ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Houttuynia_cordata ) juice every evening before bed. Seems to work well enough, haven't been sick since, my stomach health is better (I used to have IBS like symptoms but not anymore) and haven't noticed any side effects.
