StarEire
Hi, Heading to Thailand Tuesday, I am wondering what diabetics drink in Thailand to riase their blood sugar? In Ireland Luzocade is the best, but what is the best in Thailand?
Ulysses G.
Why not orange juice? It is available everywhere and inexpensive. If you need electrolytes and glucose a drink called Sponsor has both and fresh coconuts have frutose and electrolytes. WilliaminBKK
My Dad when visiting will do half orange juice, half water and a pinch of salt. Make sure you bring lots of sucrose tablets the heat can play funny games on your body.
