I don't think you are wrong, and the question begs asking, "How many of those guns are home-made?". Without firing caps, gunpowder, lead and shell casings, guns are nothing. You know the old song, "If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, get an ugly woman to be your wife...." Anyone got a gun,just spent two weeks with my (Thai) wifes family . To put yourself out of misery I assume. You got it Welcome to the real Thailand. I've adopted a personal rule: If a Thai gf invites me to visit her parents, I decline as graciously as possible.
