Near Chiang Mai land turn off.

Driven past a few times and keep forgetting to check if it is open yet,not too keen on the burgers but quite like the breakfasts and the fresh coffee.

So,is it open yet? Looks like another Star Avenue type complex?

Sign has been there for more than a year. It may never open. Star Avenue complexes are all almost empty. Only a couple of tenants in each of several complexes I was told by a reliable source.

I agree that the construction goes very slow but they will open somewhere this year.

I can't think why you rate the construction of that development as slow - it looks to me as if they are getting it done twice as quickly as the one by the bus station. The McDonalds unit is near the front and still being built - I'd guess two months away.
