They are all used so I don't know if they are quality. Most are complete but a few have 1 to 3 pieces missing. There are plenty to download and several to play online. If you have Windows 8 or 10 or an XBox, you can download Microsoft Jigsaw free - it's a bit unstable, freezes occasionally on startup, but it is really, really good. If you specifically want a box and pieces, I would try Central or Robinsons toy department, I imagine if they have them they would be imported and what we're used to. Good luck with it.
