That guy that shot his 'friend' in the Foodland parking lot in Thonglor is still walking around today. Filmed and clearly him. CCTV don't mean nothing if you have the money to make it go away.

Sounds like The Netherlands , but in reality it depends on the crime .

Example

Guy phones the police and says "there a burglar in my house" police says "sorry , no car available at the moment" .

1 Minute later guy calls the police again and says "I just shot and killed the burglar" .

Within 5 minutes 3 policevans and 12 coppers arrive and catch the burglar .

Police says "thought u shot and killed him"

The guy says "thought u sayed there are no cars available.
