skipdivils
So, how much does everyone pay (per minute) to call back home (wherever that may be) from Samui. And what method do you use?

sbk
Your own landline dial 009, 008 or 007 (before the country code) and it is 7 baht a minute to the US, the UK and most of Europe (not Ireland tho) . Also available on a mobile phone with a Thai SIM card. Be aware that you won't get this rate on someone's private phone as that person is charging you extra for the use of their phone. Also available a CAT Phone card usable on payphones, 009 gets you 7 baht a minute.
