Yingluck assures safety for Bangkokians during protest

It is not a question of Yingluck behaving like a Nobel Peace prizewinner. She simply MUST ensure there is no government instigated violence or else she'll be in the same boat as Mark and Sooty.

Can you imagine poor Tart having to charge the kid sister of his boss with manslaughter or murder too?

Yingluck says whatever she thing the public will believe, but she know that what she says and what will happen are too completely different things.

She is a product of the Shinawatra systemic media-based approach to politics. Despite requiring the support of the agrarian mass to win, Thaksin and much more so Yingluck exist on a platform of media playout rather than actual issues. Canned version is that they spammed TV etc. a lot but they repeated the same basic stuff over and over without going into any specific details, a lot of demagogic faces on Tshirts, placards, etc. Its all media over content.

Yingluck went one step further, her being a lady and able to look good on camera, which in my opinion she does (mostly). She is a little like "aidoru" in the Japanese pop culture, she only exists on TV, she is a remote inaccessible star in the sky, which many want to look at but will never see up close or understand the nature of. This is Yingluck's politics, photo ops, media events, but no actual knuckle-bloodying debates on critical issues at a ground level. Its all aidoru, a star in the heavens, remote and decorative and largely useless.

Sorry I do not even think she is a "clean white mask"

IMO as corrupt and evil as the rest of the clan
