yorkshirepaddy Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 Hi Im about do my first border crossing to initiate the second stage of my triple tourist Visa, I have extended the first 60 days with a trip to the local Immigration, I now intend having a trip up to Loas for a few days. My departure date from Thailand is Sat 22nd Feb, my question is how keen will they be at Nong Khai with regards to crossing departure date and the overstay charge...... They will let you pay the fine with no problem. The only risk you have is getting to the border. If caught at a check point along the way it would not be good.
