Yes, that's about the size of it. Forget checks and balances, forget the rule of law, forget about right and wrong. It is not what the lord Thaksin wants so it can't happen. If she is impeached, there will be violence, if any PT are removed, there will be violence.

So, the caretaker MoFA Surapong warns of possible violence if a court rules against Ms. Yingluck. That could be seen as clear intimidation, a "I warned you, but would you listen?". Could be "I warned that if the courts didn't rule properly for the situation, violence would be a possibility". I'm sure that would impress tremendously
