NaiGreg
My 10 year old daughter may need some orthodontics and we are looking for recommendations from parents with good outcomes and experiences with their own children. Can't find anything related in search. Chiang Mai area, of course. Thanks in advance. NG
northernjohn
Well they are no0t listed on the pinned medical recommendations but it does say DENTISTRY (All Aspects) Dr Varaporn Chiang Mai RAM Hospital 053 920300 Dr.Chanika Sasomsin, Prof. Korakot Boripantakul, Dr. Marisa Sukapatte Grace Dental Care Clinic 45 Soi 11 Nimmanhemin Rd. 053 894 568/69 Dr. Joy, Dr Yai and others. I highlighted the one I use and she has done false teeth for the wife but can't say if she could help you. Why don't you just try calling some of the numbers and asking. NaiGreg
Thanks for the replies so far, but we are not looking for a dentist. I should mention that we have one recommendation from our childrens' regular dentist (who specializes in children)that we will evaluate, but due diligence requires more than one eval if possible. Hence the request for info from other parents. My wife will post a request for info on the CM108 forum site. Should get some feedback there. MartinBKK
I'm also looking for an orthodontist in CM. Ideally would like to find someone that has trained in the USA if possible. I would be grateful for any recommendations. Thank you
beau thai
Not sure if trained in USA (or if that is any advantage really) but I would suggest that you talk to the ortho at Elite (Panthip Plaza) and see what you think. My GF and I are very impressed but we are not from the US! Compared to both UK and Spain, I think dentistry standards (and kit) are of a very high quality at Elite- but only my opinion.

chiang mai
he specifically said "we are looking for recommendations from parents with good outcomes and experiences with their own children." why post if you don't know? The list of dentists that "northernjohn" posted comes from the pinned list of medical professionals in the CM forum. The list was derived over much time using recommendations from members who were able to post positive experiences and effort has been put in to keep the recommendations current.
