siampolee Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 Is it a coincidence? It seems since the military removed the Pattaya police chief there does seem to have been a more positive approach to poling in the city and its adjacent areas. This action seems to be reflected on a national basis as well, perhaps the shackles have been removed from the police so as they are able to act as part time law enforcers instead of full time unofficial ''toll'' collectors.
Gsxrnz Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Nuh - a copper's missus probably managed to pick three up and down and got stiffed on the 28K Baht payout.
Emster23 Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Seems like tossing tadpoles to the piranhas while the big whales swim away.
