I used to like Sukhumvit, never liked KSR, Rachada is fine, Sathorn is nice but could be pricier than Sukhumvit. Cold beer, good thai food, and friendly people will make me happy. Looking to spend less than 600 per night on a Hotel. I know the transit system well. I've also been a lower end real estate investor for many years. smokie36 Posted August 12, 2014 Share Posted August 12, 2014 (edited) I like the area around HuaMak from Bangkapi to Pattanakan....plenty to explore and everything is a lot cheaper.
